Our house is built on an old villa. It's located in a small lane (10m from the main street) sharing the gate with other neighbors, like 99% private rental houses in Hanoi Old Quarter.It's located on floor 1, 2 & 3. There are very easy staircases from the ground to the 1st floor and smaller staircases in the house. Therefore, it's more suitable for backpacks than suitcases. If there are suitcases, the group should have men or strong woman.Our home is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter with small distances to some famous attractions such as: 20m to Hoan Kiem Lake, 50m to St.Joseph's Cathedral, etc.Our home is one room in a 4-bedroom house. It's located on floor 1, 2 & 3.The 1st floor has living room (common area, sharing with 3 other rooms in the house)The home is on the 3rd floor. (the 2nd floor has other 2 homes)- Flat TV (in the living room)- Free wifi- A/C- Fridge (in the living room)- Hot waterI am always ready to contact and support guests to my house- No pets allowed- Quiet hours: 23:00 - 6:00
