Our lovely Villa Homestay is a family friendly place where anyone can feel like home. Its location is convenient and suitable for works or vacations. Villa Homestay is:• 15-20 minutes walking to grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, or even a theme park! • Within 10 - 15 minutes, a cab can take you to the Beaches, Airport or downtown. • Only 25 minutes to Hoi An City. * The house has a river view so that you can relax and either enjoy your vacation or concentrate on your work in a fresh environment.*** The whole villa is yours, with 8 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and pool. You will NOT share with anyone else. The host lives on another side of the property, which can be seen by guests, but it is separated with a different entrance.* There will be a maid and a security guard on site to make sure our home is always clean and safe. If you are not comfortable with having a maid, please let us know and we will let the maid leave.*** Please be responsible to do the dishes after your use.*** Please be aware that you are subject to pay for any property damages caused by you or your family during your stay.* You also can use the washer and dryer for free, just ask!
