* The concert tickets can only be purchased through Ticketbox platforms (Ticketbox.vn website and Ticketbox application). 

* In case Ticketbox detects that a customer has made invalid ticket bookings according to Ticketbox's regulations (including but not limited to the use of 3rd party software, automated tools, invalid links, etc.) . Ticketbox reserves the right to cancel the above tickets without prior notice.

* Each account is limited to 4 tickets ONLY.

* Tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or amended in any way; all purchases are final.

* Ticket Buyer is a person who makes a ticket purchase based on these Terms & Conditions. Ticket Holder is a person who owns a ticket to enter the concert location on the date of the concert. 1 (ONE) ticket is valid for 1 (ONE) Ticket Holder for 1 (ONE) entry to the concert location.

* ALL ticket holders are required to present a valid ticket(officially-purchased) for validation in order to enter the concert venue. 

* The Organizer and Ticketbox shall not be responsible for any ticket purchased through unauthorized channels. Please be informed of the following: 

- Ticketbox is the only authorized ticket platform. Please be aware of scammers such as booking services, fraudulent pre-sale codes, and reselling from third parties.

- The customer shall not resell, refund, exchange, or transfer to other people. Anyone in breach of this condition will have their tickets nullified without refund or prior notice.

- The tickets are sold by the Organizer directly to the Ticket Buyer. The Ticket Buyer shall not use the tickets for the purpose of promotion. Any Tickets purchased for the purpose of Ticket Resales or Marketing and Promotion is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions, and can be invalid.  

- Please note that if we find evidence of breaching terms & conditions, Ticketbox and the Organizer have the right to cancel your reservation and return the ticket to the system for resell.

*The Organizer is NOT responsible for the negligence of the Ticket Buyer which results in the ticket falling into the hands of other parties which can be used as an entry requirement, thereby eliminating the Ticket Buyer’s rights to enter the venue area. Please do not disclose/reveal the ticket information before the concert.

* No admission for children aged 5 years or below for this concert. 

* NO admission for children aged 12 years old OR below for standing zone.

* Pregnant women are NOT advised to attend the concert. The Organizer will not be responsible for any unpleasant incident that occurred.

* Ticket holders are kindly requested to follow the informed timetable.
* Items that may disrupt the concert (such as unofficial concert merchandise, unofficial light sticks, laser pens, inappropriate signage, etc.) or pose a threat to the safety of attendees or artist (any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosives, toxic substances, flammable materials, radioactive materials, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue.

* Food, alcohol drinks. and beverages (except water with a lid) are not allowed.

* Smoking is strictly NOT permitted at the concert venue.
* Strictly NO professional photography, video, and audio recording including live streaming and live recording is permitted during the whole concert.

* ALL ticket holders may be subject to body/bag checks before entering the venue.
* The Organizer reserves the right to change the time, and concert layout without prior notice.

* The management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or evict any person from the venue at any time if the person(s) breaches any venue and/or ticketing Terms & Conditions.

* In all cases, the decision of the Organizer is final.

* If the customer purchases the tickets mean that you are accepted all the terms and conditions from the organizer.

* Vé chỉ được phát hành trên các nền tảng của Ticketbox (Trang web Ticketbox.vn và Ứng dụng Ticketbox)

*Trong trường hợp Ticketbox phát hiện khách hàng có những thao tác đặt vé không hợp lệ theo quy định của Ticketbox (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn việc sử dụng phần mềm thứ 3, công cụ tự động, đường dẫn không hợp lệ, …). Ticketbox có quyền huỷ các vé trên mà không cần báo trước.

* Mỗi tài khoản CHỈ được mua tối đa 4 vé.

* Vé không được hoàn trả, thay đổi, hoặc chỉnh sửa thông tin dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.

* Người mua vé phải đảm bảo tuân thủ Điều khoản & Điều kiện mua vé. Người giữ vé là người sở hữu vé để vào địa điểm tổ chức concert vào ngày diễn ra sự kiện. 1 (MỘT) vé chỉ có hiệu lực cho 1 (MỘT) người sở hữu vé bước vào địa điểm hòa nhạc 1 (MỘT) lần.

* TẤT CẢ người sở hữu vé bắt buộc phải xuất trình vé hợp lệ (đã được mua chính thức) trước khi vào địa điểm concert.

* Ban tổ chức và Ticketbox sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ vé được mua qua các kênh không chính thức. Vui lòng lưu ý thật kỹ các nội dung sau:

- Ticketbox là kênh bán vé chính thức và duy nhất. Vui lòng cẩn thận với những trường hợp lừa đảo như dịch vụ đặt vé trước, mã mua vé trước bất hợp pháp, mua vé lại từ những bên thứ ba.

- Khách hàng không được bán lại, hoàn tiền, trao đổi, hoặc chuyển nhượng cho người khác. Bất kỳ trường hợp nào vi phạm điều kiện này sẽ bị vô hiệu hoá vé mà không cần thông báo trước và không được hoàn tiền lại.

- Vé được Ban tổ chức bán trực tiếp cho Người mua vé. Người mua vé không được sử dụng vé cho mục đích khuyến mãi. Bất kỳ vé nào được mua với mục đích Bán lại vé hoặc Tiếp thị và Quảng bá đều được coi là vi phạm các Điều khoản & Điều kiện này và có thể không hợp lệ.

- Nếu phát hiện chứng cứ vi phạm Điều khoản & Điều kiện, Ticketbox và Ban tổ chức có thẩm quyền hủy đặt chỗ và trả vé cho hệ thống để bán lại.

* Ban tổ chức KHÔNG chịu trách nhiệm về sự sơ suất của Người mua vé dẫn đến việc vé rơi vào tay các bên khác có thể được sử dụng như một yêu cầu vào cổng, đồng thời loại bỏ quyền của Người mua vé vào khu vực sự kiện. Vui lòng không tiết lộ/công bố thông tin vé trước sự kiện.

* Trẻ em dưới hoặc bằng 5 tuổi không được phép tham gia sự kiện.

* Trẻ em dưới HOẶC bằng 12 tuổi không được phép vào khu v
